Does simhydraulic box work with source of steam? I don't find the characteristics in hydraulic fluid block. Is there any other related blocks? Or shall I put a general simulink block to configure the input to my pipeline network?

No it does not, SimHydraulics only works with fluids:

You can try creating your own thermodynamic domain using the Simscape language, and blocks within that domain, or use Simulink to build a simplified model from first principles.
