My mom purchased Office Home & Student 2007 for our desktop online and has
successfully downloaded it. She did purchase the License Lock Box:Digital
Back up service and license key. We have a laptop now and would like to
download Office onto it. How do we do this? I have the Product Key code.

Copy the downloaded file to the laptop and use that to install.
