How do I download a form, page, etc., that are readable? I often try to
download forms, reports, etc., from the net and they come into my download
and unreadable. I loaded Abobe Reader to no avail. Help!!

If the form is a Word document, use Word. Adobe Reader only opens .pdf
files.

I'm not sure this is related to Microsoft Office, but more information might
help:

What do you mean by unreadable? Are they filled with weird characters, or
what?
What browser are you using?
What are the file extensions of the files you're trying to download?
When you download, how do you try to read the files? Do you navigate to the
folder where they were downloaded, or do you view them inline in the
browser?
Has this always happened or just begun since you changed something on your
computer?
Does this always happen with every download you try, or is it one or two
sources?
