I use my TV to watch movies sometimes. When a movie opens with VLC on
the TV the next movie I open is also on the TV.

Can I make a movie open on the monitor without having to switch to TV
and drag the movie?

Sometimes I can answer my own questions.

Right click on the taskbar item and select "move" Use the arrow keys
to move it to the other monitor.
