Suddenly when i send e mails they are going into my outbox and i can't send

Not quite yet. You'll need to provide more information first.

Version of Outlook
Type of mail account
O/S, including SP
Any error messages that crop up at any time, in their entirety. This
includes enabling the send/receive progress window and clicking on the error
tab to see what appears when the send fails.
