Edit effects

From: railcrew on 16 Feb 2010 03:13 WMM v 2.1.4026 I can't seem to find a way to edit effects. especially fade in from black, fade out to black. the duration says 2 seconds but seems more like 1. it's way too fast, makes videos look hokey. I tried the advanced>duration tab in settings "Default Duration" but that doesn't work. Is there a way to edit an effect? (not transition)
