From: CateG on 31 Jan 2010 22:37 I am the creator of tasks of which I need four other people to see and update. I read that you can only update a task if it is assigned to you/you are the owner. Is it Possible for me to create the tasks without assigning them but 'sharing' them and letting other people update them as needed?
From: Diane Poremsky [MVP] on 31 Jan 2010 23:02 You would need to share your task list with the other users to do this. They'd open your task list in their outlook and can update the tasks. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: mailto:dailytips-subscribe-request(a)lists.outlooktips.net EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: mailto:EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST(a)PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM Poll: What version of Exchange server do you use? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=33803 "CateG" <CateG(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:E80737C5-F108-4362-BE78-5DB9E6404ECC(a)microsoft.com... > I am the creator of tasks of which I need four other people to see and > update.
