It seems it was never published but I thought I'd ask all the same.I've just finished reading the first two volumes are they are still fantastic 100 years on.

In the 3rd volume of "Felix Klein Gesammelte mathematische Abhandlungen" only the first two parts are mentioned. It seems that these were lectures given by Klein: 1st part winter semester 1907/1908 2nd part summer semester 1908. The lectures were then elaborated by Ernst Hellinger and published again in 1911 and 1913. H
