From: Stubby on 27 Dec 2009 11:23 Use BillPay to write checks on accounts in CitizensBank. So, BillPay has a username&password for the Bank. Awhile back I decided to add CitizensBank to the PIN Vault, hoping that I would get updates to my Quicken Registers for the accounts. But the login fails. I use the same user&pass as BillPay does and I tried my normal login user&pass. I believe the Bank charges for the computer update service so they are probably simply denying my login. How do I get that entry out of my PIN Vault so it doesn't add an error every time I do a one-step update? Do I have to delete the vault file (name?) and reenter all the FIs again?
