From: Keith P. Keith on 14 May 2010 15:16 When I use the File/Send To/Mail Recipient options the program is having trouble picking up the correct email address. It is trying to access our state global address list. It does not recognize the resource name even if I seperate multiple resources with commas. It tries to grab the first or last name and match it to the global address list and it will bring up multiple emails asking to pick one. Is there anyway to stop it from accessing the global and just using the email address I have entered in the Resource Sheet?

In the Resource Sheet, check out the following field: Windows User Account Project should be able to pull the info from that field - although I can't recall the exact mechanics. To make life easy, you may wish to add resources by Insert > New Resource From > Active Directory. That'll populate all relevant fields. See if that helps. - Andrew Lavinsky Blog: http://blogs.catapultsystems.com/epm > When I use the File/Send To/Mail Recipient options the program is > having trouble picking up the correct email address.
