Hi Humphrey, For the range you want to display on a single Word page, copy the source range from Excel, then use Edit|Paste Special, choose the 'paste link' option and the Excel workbook format. Note that Excel objects cannot span more than a single page in Word, so you may need to use this method multiple times to get all that you need. Likewise, you can't display multiple Excel tabs in a single linked object. From the Edit|Paste Special dialogue, you'll see a number of other formats, some of which allow the pasted range to span more than one page in Word, but are less faithful in reproducing the Excel formatting. -- Cheers macropod [Microsoft MVP - Word] "Humphrey" <Humphrey(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:88313ED9-8C46-41C6-BC8E-FAFBF8339EDA(a)microsoft.com... >I would like to embed a spreadsheet into Word and have it refresh its links > when the document is opened.
