Emoticon icon in "Mail": Add Custom Emoticons (No way to accomplish this?)
Pinned Emoticons (40/40): Shows 40 usable Emoticons.
Default Emoticons: Shows 74 unusable Emoticons with no way to get the
"Default"
Emoticons into the "Pinned" folder.
To create a Emoticon, press the create button: This moves you to your
"Picture" folder. No help Here.
To "pin" a emoticon to your emoticon menu select a emoticon & press the
"Pin" button. There is no "Pin" button nor any explanation in the MS
Computer Dictonary
as to the meaning of the word "Pin". There must be some reasonable answer !
