Larry, perhaps more than anybody here, you have helped me personally over
the years with all sorts of graphic and game making tricks. I even have a
Larry Serflaten folder that is jam packed with insightful stuff. Total

Well, we're not going anywhere, just point you newsreader to one of the
open nntp providers and carry on. It's looking more and more like very
few if any are going to remove existing groups w/ traffic just because
MS decides to.

But, even if they (other nntp providers, that is) do, most of the
regulars are monitoring comp.lang.visual.basic.misc and other groups.
