I too had a problem similar t this.a priter(epson fx-1000) which was
perfectly reverse feeding the paper or park the paper stopped doing
this .we tried all ways but no result .Then the printer engineer came
gave it a good service and it worked.
he told that dust has accumulated on the sensor which does the paper
parking now the printer works fine.this might help you
