Dear all,
I am getting from 2/3 users in a 8000+ users Exchange 2003 environment this
error continuously: "Error 0x8004011b occurred while rendering message
0001-00000270b552" for download for user username(a)domain.com

I looked around anyway I did not find a kb or a post that really address
this issue, most of them are related to environments where every user
generates the error 1023, this is not my case.

Any advice?

That error usually indicates a permissions issue. Other than that, I can't
tell you much given the lack of information you've shared.
