From: HarperE on 5 Apr 2010 12:53 I have successfully downloaded Office Home and Student onto my own computer but now trying to upload it onto another computer, everytime I do though it comes up with the following error : Error 1311. Source file not found: C:\Documents and Settings\new\Desktop\Adobe Reader 9 Installer\SKU011.CAB. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it. I have contacted the forums for Adobe and they have said it is a problem with Windows. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Reader 9, installed the Windows Utility function, also followed the help guides for the Error 1311 sections on the Windows websites, so this is the last resort. The computer is running on Windows XP (SP3), I have not got rid of Windows 2000 but not sure this is correct not to have done this already. Please can you help me as it is getting rather annoying trawling websites to find the answers which dont seem to be there! Many thanks in advance
