From: nancyz on 1 May 2010 14:29 Hi, Don't know what's going on and Dell won't support this because it's considered a software question. I use Outlook all the time, and suddenly I received the above error message. I get this regardless of how I try to open the program: within Programs, on my Deskop or in my quick open programs (or whatever that's called). Can someone please help. I need this program!! -- Thanks so much, nancy
From: Peter Foldes on 1 May 2010 17:07 Nancy Does it open if you do the following. If Yes then post back for more info Start > Run > outlook.exe /resetnavpane (notice the space between outlook.exe and /resetnavpane) If you're using Vista, it's Start > Start Search > outlook.exe /resetnavpane (same space) -- Peter Please Reply to Newsgroup for the benefit of others Requests for assistance by email can not and will not be acknowledged. http://www.microsoft.com/protect "nancyz" <nancyz(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:1004DD44-2242-4470-964D-5B53555C6FAF(a)microsoft.com... > Hi, > Don't know what's going on and Dell won't support this because it's > considered a software question.
