I'm using exchange 2000 server and office xp Outlook.
When i try to send or receive a email on this machine i receive this error.
There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server.
Please contact your system administrator.
<myname.mydomain.com #5.5.0 smtp;552 MS-Office file containing
VBA macros found inside of the email>

I did not notice the problem with the older computers.
Thanks

I have seen some people say that the sonicwall firewall vba filtering
is what causes this. However, i disabled that feature and i still get
the problem... but i don't know if the firewall needs to be rebooted or
not.

other people say it's due to a security patch that was applied to
exchange, but i can't seem to track down a fix for it if that's what's
causing it.

The way the error read i thought it was in my Exchange Box.
It was my Sonicwall that was vba filtering that caused this error and i did
not reboot.

is there a place besides: Security Services --> Gateway Antivirus that you
changed? that is the only place i saw that does VBA filtering, but i
unchecked it and it did not resolve the problem for me.
