It's not me that's got the problem - someone on the MS Answers forums. I've never seen it either.... I'm awaiting a response from the OP with more details. I just thought I'd try some other opinions first....
From: Yves Dhondt on 19 Feb 2010 12:55 Most likely document corruption. If Word can't open the document, you might want to give OpenOffice a shot. It is often better at opening corrupted files. As a last alternative, if it's a docx file, you can rename it to zip, extract it, and see what you can salvage by hand.
