I have the same problem, it's a custom built computer. I have McAfee as my
anti virus. The subscription is current. No spyware applications.

There was McAfee Plus and then I went and installed the other version of
McAfee from the website, should I remove one of them?

Assuming your original McAfee VirusScan Plus subscription (or free trial
period) had not expired prior to installing McAfee VirusScan (or Security
Center or Internet Security), see if this McAfee three-step fix resolves the
problem: http://service.mcafee.com/FAQDocument.aspx?id=TS100507

specific problem and computer. State your IE version and full Windows
