From: Ron W via WindowsKB.com on 13 Sep 2005 22:17 Hopefully someone can help with this. I have an HP laptop running XP home edition, which is experiencing excessive fan usage -- it runs almost constantly. I have run scans for viruses & malware which are clean. With no applications running, the fan still runs and does not stop. So if I log out from XP, I notice this error window that says: Application Error: "Exception EAccess Violation in module rtl170.bpl at 000022E4. Access violation at address 40022E4 in module 'rtl170.bpl'. Write of address 02C60BEC." At the same time, windows appears to be trying to force close a program called Spyware Doctor. Any suggestions? Thanks very much.
