From: gzt7d8 on 20 Jan 2009 20:05 I am using Office 2007 and just installed the SaveAsPDF executable to save my PPT to PDF format. On my first attempt to Save the Powerpoint to PDF, the conversion appeared to start then a dialog box popped up with the message: FileName.PDF is currently in use. Powerpoint can't modify it at this time. So what does that mean? I have successfully converted a Word document to PDF, but can't do it with Powerpoint. Thoughts or suggestions? -- Greg

Is a PDF of the same name open in some other program? Reader for example. If not, try closing and restarting PPT, then make the PDF again. ============================== PPT Frequently Asked Questions http://www.pptfaq.com/ PPTools add-ins for PowerPoint http://www.pptools.com/
