I couldn't find any reference to this error message on Microsoft KB yet. Any
help as where to search will be welcome. Thanks.

Mcrosoft(R) Windows(R) Server 2003 Enterprise x64 Edition
Version 5.2.3790 Service Pack 1
It runs Exchange 2007, SQL 2005, Office SharePoint Server 2007

When using ntbackup to backup system state (scheduled job) you cau see this
error messege on ntbackup log

Interactive backup fails as well. It keeps retrying and the GUI says
"Waiting to retry shadow copy..."
