From: Carlos Carrion on 7 Jul 2010 17:40 #####################SOLUTION ######################## I have the same problem; I fixed it in this way: 1. You go to the next directory -- C:\Program Files\Java\jre6. In this directory you can see some files, i.e. word files and others. You have to copy all these files. 2. Now, you have to go -- <Matlab-installation-dir>\sys\java\jre\win32. You can see a directory with this name: jre1.5.0_07. You have to go in this directory, and delete all the files at it, and paste the files that you copy at the file jre6. 3. Remember the only thing that you have to do is replace the files at jre6 in jre1.5.0_07. 4. Now start Matlab and enjoy it. Good luck.
