From: Nick-Mars on 12 Apr 2008 16:36 After following a procedure to move the location of the SQL databases from drive C to drive D, we are getting errors in the event log. Sharepoint itself is working fine, however we get the following errors about twice per day. Note that the database it mentions I am able to connect to fine. Have any ideas? I can't seem to find much information about these problems elswhere. From: Ada Pan [MSFT] on 13 Apr 2008 22:24 Hello Nick, It seems there are multiple errors posted in this thread. Generally, we request one question/problem per post in the newsgroups. In order to concentrate fully on each of these issues and provide clarity for others that may be following here, we ask that you post them as separate threads. In this thread, we will focus on the error 3760. If we finally resolve the error 3760 but other errors still persist, please feel free to open different posts for these errors. We will be very glad to work with you. Based on my knowledge, the error "3760" may occur if the auto-close option is turned on for the database. To narrow down the problem, run the following command to turn Auto-close options off: sqlcmd -E -S np:\\.\pipe\MSSQL$MICROSOFT##SSEE\sql\query REFERENCE: ----------------------------- Setting Database Options <http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms190249.aspx> SQLCMD tool <http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/7/c/27c60d49-6dbe-423e-9a9e-1c873f 269484/SQLServer2005_SQLCMD.msi> If you have any questions, please let me know. I am glad to be of assistance. From: Nick-Mars on 24 Apr 2008 17:10 Ada, Thanks for the help! I wasn't able to get your command to work, but unchecking the auto-close option for the database from management studio fixed the issue. Thanks! "Ada Pan [MSFT]" wrote: > Hello Nick, > > How are you? > > I am currently standing by for an update from you and would like to know > how things are going there.
