The warning is a concession to that issue. It previously would just blow
away all the formatting with no indication to the user at all, until the
trashed document was opened on the desktop. Beyond the Planmaker
suggestion, I could suggest just using the SaveAs option in the popup. It
prepopulates the SaveAs dialog with a modified document name, appending a
(1) or what is appropriate, so you can just hit save. So it's two taps,
SaveAs, OK. You will have two docs now, one with DocName, one with
DocName(1). If after opening DocName(1), with your changes, on the Desktop,
you find nothing else is wrong, just delete DocName and rename DocName(1),
delete the (1). I know it is a bit more management, but it beats having an
important document inadvertently messed up.
