Also look in the event log as I directed. Instead of running maintenance
during working hours, I suggest you change the schedule to run all night
outside of your backup window, and all weekend non-stop to ensure that it
has ample time to complete a full pass.

Hi,

Sorry for delay in replying, I was out of office last week.
So after changing maintenance schedule, nothing change I alaways have to
delete old eamils manually.
Also, event log of the server is clean.
