I am getting the following error every five of 6 minutes.

The MAD Monitoring thread was unable to read the state of the services,
error '0x80041013'.

The MAD Monitoring thread was unable to read the state of cluster resources,
error '0x80041013'.

The MAD Monitoring thread was unable to read its configuration from the DS,
error '0x80041013'.

Although similar to those listed in TechNet the error code is different. I
am well puzzled by this as these errors are a fairly recent event, following
one of those wretched updates, and we do not have a cluster. This is
Exchange 2003 standard running on Win 2003 server and the errors do not seem
to adversley affect the functionality although the monitoring thread shuts
down without a message after the last message and then leaves following event
5 minutes later and kicks the cycle off again.

Does anyone know specifically where to look for this error and how to fix it?
