From: Hat on 9 Dec 2009 12:33 Does anyone know the Exchange settings (Exchange 2003) we need to enable to ensure Kerberos and Entourage work effectively? We can change to Kerberos authentication in the Account settings OK (see exception below), but when we try to access Public folders and the Directory Services (GAL), the access is denied. The error returned when we try to access Directory Services is: http error. Access to the resource has not been authorized. The error returned when we try to access Public Folders is: This exchange server does not use Kerberos authentication. Click OK to turn off Kerberos authentication for the following account... EXCEPTION: In addition, we're getting the occasional -18599 error - not for all accounts, but some. Thanks in advance for any help.
