From: SolWorks on 4 Jun 2010 11:22 Hi, Recently at one of the Exchange server, emails stops working. When I recycle "MSExchangeIS --- Microsoft Exchange Information Store", it doesn't stop gracefully, so have to kill "Store.exe". This just happening since last week. No sure when it happens, as System logs doesn't have any errors. Any help, direction would be applicated. Thanks One of the warning messages I get is below Log Name: System Source: Microsoft-Windows-WAS Date: 6/4/2010 4:35:52 AM Event ID: 5138 Task Category: None Level: Warning Keywords: Classic User: N/A Description: A worker process '10736' serving application pool 'MSExchangeServicesAppPool' failed to stop a listener channel for protocol 'http' in the allotted time. From: John Oliver, Jr. [MVP] on 4 Jun 2010 15:23 What version of Exchange? I would also suggest running ExBPA Health Check. -- John Oliver, Jr MCSE, MCT, CCNA Exchange MVP 2010 Microsoft Certified Partner "SolWorks" <SolWorks(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:1A6F5B1E-C187-46C1-97C8-BF309EF4253E(a)microsoft.com... > Hi, > > Recently at one of the Exchange server, emails stops working.
