Have you solve your problem. I have the same now. Incoming mail works
but not outgoing.. I have the same error message.

You've replied to a post or thread that is older than 90 days. The thread
has expired in the microsoft public newsgroups. Keep in mind, that Techarena
works by posting and pulling posts and threads to the Microsoft public
newsgroups, hence it appears they belong to techarena, but they really DO
NOT.

To insure that everyone can read the original post, start a new thread
stating your errors, as well as a little background with what's going on,
event log errors (eventID#s), etc.

It's to your advantage to post to the actual newsgroup instead of techarena.
Besides getting direct exposure to the Microsoft engineers, it's free, no
registration required, you can remain anonymous, etc.
