Thanks for your update.

Sure, you can use a mapped drive, use the following syntax:
(Suppose R drive is the map drive)

eseutil /d /p "c:\program files\exchsrvr\mdbdata\mailbox store.edb"
/t"R:\tempdfg.edb"

Notice that there is no space between the /t and the drive letter.
