Next: how do I set the FROM email address in outlook
From: Mully on 18 Mar 2010 17:20 I am trying to export my contacts to a csv file and I know how to do the steps. BUT each time I create a csv (even tried to export using Excel) the fields I choose (first, last name, email address) show up in the file but none of the contacts make it over. I had someone help me once and somehow she actually found a way to start the process by Mapping the fields with the contacts information and then the transfer completed the rest of the contacts. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Just create a Category within your Contacts folder instead of the D/L and mail merge from that. Far easier...
From: Mully on 21 Mar 2010 11:27 To Gordon; So, If I mail merge from a list under my list of contacts and mail merge from that list, will the emails I send show up as a single email to my client or as a mass email to 100+ clients? I have the list of people I want to send an email already as a DL but I have also copied this list and made it a seperate folder under the contacts folder.
