At the base of Inverse 19 the seperation is 0.001 between 1 and
(0.999.). The seperation mathematically at inverse 19 is defined by
0.001/6=0.00016666667 ( no brainer)


Mathematically thus all numbers are placed accordingly

1. Rationally all numbers divisible by 3 are placed right at the
midline/ halfline
