Hi Rune, thanks for your fast reply. I used your script as a consistency check. It gave indeed a plot in which I could easily recognize the Fs and Nyquist frequency. Your script gave the same plot as my script until the Nyquist Frequency. Therefore I assume that there was nothing wrong with my original script. Now I am going to interpret what I am seeing, because I am not sure what the 100 Hz disturbance is. Thanks for help so far.
