From: DJM2290 on 3 May 2010 16:12 I have a form that runs off a query (the query runs off of 3 tables). One of the fields within the form is "Item". In Access 2003, when the user entered their Item number, the next field, item description, would automatically populate. Now, in Access 2007 the user must close the form and re-open it in order for the item description to populate. Any suggestions woule be appreciated.
From: Linq Adams via AccessMonster.com on 3 May 2010 16:44 Do you have any code that runs in 2007? Code does not run in 2007 unless your database resides in a folder that has been declared a “trusted” location. To trust your folder, click: Office Button (top left) Access Options (bottom of dialog) Trust Center (left) Trust Center Settings (button) Trusted Locations (left) Add new location (button) -- There's ALWAYS more than one way to skin a cat! From: DJM2290 on 4 May 2010 16:37 I simply converted the database from 2003 to 2007 without making any modifications. I made sure the database resided in a trusted location and that did not solve the problem. "Linq Adams via AccessMonster.com" wrote: > Do you have any code that runs in 2007?
