Image Analyst:

But I have many variations of images, and I want to automate the system so that h is a variable according to the image and not a constant. Is it possible to find h accoording to the information given?

Thank you.

Perhaps - I don't know. That's what the art and science of image
processing is about. You have to figure out some way to do it based
on values of h that worked for several images.

This isn't something I can just spend a few minutes on and get you a
good answer. You may have to work several days on finding a solution
that works, or hire someone to do it.
