One is the database file with a list of informations I have listed previously and the other workbook is the report which is generated by sumproduct to extract informations in the database workbook. Here is a specimen of the workbook report SPAIN Room Bed rate total NGT SOLD Ngt Sold" ANGALIA - - CONCORDE TRAVEL AGENT 3 6 DIMENSIONS VIAJE CON IMAGINACI - - DIMENSIONS VIAJE CON-MUNDICOLO - - The name spain is the country located in cell a3 and the agency is generated when I put the name spain. Is there a formula which will list the agency name once as the datase consist of repeated agency name and country as well. Thks for your help -- Michel
