Is there an app that will go through a folder and sub-folders and find
all the mp3's of a specific tempo, or within a specified percentage?

I really *DON'T* want to have to go through all of my mp3's and
determine each song's tempo individually.

The reason is when I go walking, there is a certain speed where I'm
pushing a little bit hard, and I find it easier to maintain if there
happens to be a song playing on my walkman at that tempo. So I'd like
to be able to load it up with appropriate songs.
