If the perp is known and you think you can actually prove who it is and what unauthorized actions they have taken, get any lawyer you like to file a civil suit against the perp where, for example, you charge $250 for every incursion and $1000 for your cleanup costs to eradicate whatever malicious effects you claim they committed.
