From: Rob on 20 Jan 2010 06:08 I have just clicked on a link off an email news letter from Trip Advisor. Using Firefox browser. here is a link which brings up the trouble shooting box. http://www.bestwestern.com&tageolocation%3d60763/?iata=00158200 I get a Firefox message on screen "Server not found Firefox can't find the server at www.bestwestern.com&tageolocation%3d60763." in the box which comes up you can Ping Server, Trace Server, Ping Myself, Retry This, Google Cache, Wayback, Whois. Which is interesting in itself. Can you access this trouble shooting box without using a bad server address if you want to interegate other server addresses ?

I suspect that you are using a FireFox extension which displays that box. Google suggests Speed Test and Diagnostics http://www.dsl-speedtest.us/ HTH

It installed quite happily on my Firefox 3.5.7, but I got it from the Mozilla add-ons search, not the link above. -- Long-time resident of Adelaide, South Australia, which may or may not influence my opinions.
