You just said "Google Reader", in response to the description of the Chrome extension. Live Bookmarks are for people who want a lightweight way to check out feed titles, not comparable to Google's web service. If you need to change the topic to "What is Bottoms' most favoritest thing?" you should say more than just naming what that thing is. > Why use something substand to it. It didn't -- I recognized it as one of your tics, your need to say "Google" in any thread you come across. > > Live Bookmarks are for people who want a lightweight way to check > > out feed titles, not comparable to Google's web service. Google Reader is much better for this task...that is why > I mentioned it. IMO, Google Reader positively sucks at being a lightweight way to view feed titles integrated with the browser's bookmarks. The main reason I hold that opinion is that Google Reader won't do that at all. Have you tried Google Reader yet, or do you just say it's the best because it has Google branding? > You can view feed titles or any thing you want by > clicking one button...just like Live Bookmarks only Reader is better. Not just like Live Bookmarks. You haven't tried Google Reader *or* Live Bookmarks, have you? > That is why I mentioned it. Now that you've clarified that you thought Google Reader would integrate with a browser's bookmarks the way Live Bookmarks are integrated, your tic makes a little more sense, but it's far from clear where you get these wrong ideas. Maybe it would help if you pasted a few dozen web pages here. > >> Why use something substand to it. > > > > Is that supposed to be a question? When I want a full-featured feed reader, I use Liferea or Thunderbird. Because they're better than the apps you've mentioned. I hope that was very helpful to you in your ongoing attempt to turn every thread into a war between your dearly beloved Google web services and whatever other people prefer to them.
