From: Peter Ceresole on 12 Jun 2010 10:24 FF 3.6.3 in OS 10.4.11. I downloaded the Flash 10.1 security update and installed it. Everything works fine except that now, if I want to store a page url (with Cmd-D or using the menu item) instead of storing it, it offers to delete the url (and does so if I go ahead). I can't see how to get back to the original behaviour. Any ideas? -- Peter

Any ideas? I'm not sure it's down to Flash. I uninstalled the new version and reinstalled the previous one, and the behaviour persists. But when I chose <command>D again, it behaved normally. Maybe it's when you try to Bookmark This Page and the bookmark already exists? If so, it's a Firefox thing. John. -- Please reply to john at yclept dot wanadoo dot co dot uk.

A hollow blue star will indicate the current page and URL is not bookmarked and will offer to save it A solid blue star will indicate the current page and URL is bookmarked and will offer to delete it.

Previously, it didn't work. But just now, it did, and I'm back to where I want to be. Odd business, but it certainly coincided with installing the 10.1 version of Flash Player. Glad it's over... -- Peter |
