From: John on 17 Jun 2010 12:26 Me again If I link a fw 400 HD to a fw 800 HD then connect to the 800 fw on the Mac. Will the 400 slow the 800 down, or will I get full 800. Regards John

If you connect them the other way around (you physically can't in this case, but assuming you get a 4-8 adaptor) you'll get 400 from both. -- Chris
