From: c creed c on 5 Feb 2010 13:15 After an hour or two whilie in word reading or writting documents my fonts seem to start breaking down. The letters start to alternate from bold to fine line viewing. I have replaced my monitor thinking that might be the issue due to age, but this problem still persists. Has anyone else come across this or know what the issue could be?
From: Graham Mayor on 6 Feb 2010 01:44 Impossible to say from the description, but it could be the display driver. Word has surprisingly onerous requirements of a display driver. See if there is an update. If the PC is old as you imply, check that the fans still work and the interior of the PC is not stuffed with dust. It could simply be overheating. -- <>>< ><<> ><<> <>>< ><<> <>>< <>><<> Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org <>>< ><<> ><<> <>>< ><<> <>>< <>><<> "c creed" <c creed(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:D84216BC-FDC7-43F1-AAAB-42AC888276F5(a)microsoft.com... > After an hour or two whilie in word reading or writting documents my fonts > seem to start breaking down.
