The point like property of matter's energy reveals its mass. Other energies can have finite density and are spread out. They are unconcentrated energy. The Electric and Strong fields have this kind of energy when bonded and so does light. Atoms are held together by unconcentrated energy. And light waves are unconcentrated electric energy waving.
