If your isp support ipv6 there are some servers that work well

newszilla6.xs4all.nl
Port 119
Retention is about 24 days but this one has the best uptime
Max 4 threads, recommended to use 2
No login, no pass.

reader.ipv6.xsnews.nl
Port 119
Retention ca. 550 days
Max 8 threads recommended
Has downtime and one has to register

In case your isp doesn't support ipv6, you still can use these servers
but need a tunnelbroker :

Might not exactly what you're looking for but i had good experiences with
