From: fooyoung21 on 23 Nov 2006 01:53 I'm curious about this too. Any new news on the subject? I'm on XP Pro SP2, Live Messenger 8.0, VX-3000 camera. Grandma wants to see her granddaughter bigger on her laptop! Thanks. "Suzy" wrote: > I have the same question. From: Aleks on 28 Nov 2006 15:18 Are you using Video Conversation or Webcam and adding Audio? It sounds like the the first so here's what you do: The size that you set for your local view does not affect the size of the image sent to your buddy. To see your buddy full screen, click the symbol that looks like an arrow pointing up to the right into a corner once you are in the conversation. In this mode, the person in full screen mode sees their buddy's webcam image filling their screen with a small display of their own video. Hitting escape or the symbol again returns to normal mode. Let me know if this doesn't work for you. From: fooyoung21 on 28 Nov 2006 20:37 I found full screen in the conversation mode. I was referring to webcam mode, and also conversation mode. I can choose to view my buddy either small, medium, or large from the menu next to the video portion of the window. I was wondering if there were plans to add an x-large setting, or better yet a custom size so I can make my buddy's video as large or as small as I'd like. Full screen is cool, but fuzzy given the enlargement and resolution., plus you lose the ability to type IMs and such. "Aleks" wrote: > Are you using Video Conversation or Webcam and adding Audio?
