From: Mostafa Soleimani on 14 Feb 2010 09:39 Hi, This is Mostafa Soleimani and I am studying Electrical Engineering at University of Birmingham, UK. My final year project is based on Fault Detection and Diagnoses using Fuzzy logic inference system. I have written a code in Matlab which is more or less same as Matlab fuzzy inference toolbox. I have a lot of data (such as current and pressure) from an actuator (point machine) which I need to input into the fuzzy system and by using the defined rules get outputs and hence detect faults (or abnormal values). My question is how to input these data into Matlab (toolbox or the inference code written) and get output? Also, what is the best way of inputting these data? I would really appreciate if you could guide me on this matter and/or introduce me to references/papers which may be useful. Many thanks, Regards, Mostafa

From: Mostafa Soleimani on 14 Feb 2010 11:20 Hi Jan, My apology for this. It's my first time posting a question in here and after posting it I saw that I have not put any tags in it, so I went back and added relevant tags to it (didn't know it would cross post it). I reckon that's the reason, I'd appreciate if you could edit it (if you have administrator rights here)... And also if you know the answer for my question please? many thanks, Mostafa "Jan Simon" <matlab.THIS_YEAR(a)nMINUSsimon.de> wrote in message <hl95ig$7hu$1(a)fred.mathworks.com>... > Dear Mostafa! > > Sorry for not answering your question. > > I'm interested why so many double postings appear in the last time.
