I am have some drug usage prevalence for each year. I would like to
compare the difference over time, using a multivariate model. So in
2007 I have lets say 10% usage in the population of a certain drug.
In 2008 that decreases to 8%. I would like to determine the
significance of that difference over the two year period. I have
several independent variables to include as well. I am wondering if
GEE model is the best way to do this and if so, is there an example of
code out there?
